To permanently delete your account, please send us an e-mail. Please make sure that you use the e-mail address that is stored in your account. Our service team will get back to you as soon as possible!

If you use the ZOXS app, you can delete your account as follows:

  1. Go to my ZOXS and select "My data"
  2. Click on "Delete my customer account"
  3. Confirm your decision via "Delete account"
