The processing time for sales orders depends on the items that need to be checked. You have various options for displaying your individual processing time.
- Place all items in the sales basket and then tap ‘👉 Voraussichtliche Bearbeitungszeit anzeigen’ at the bottom.
- If you have placed your item in the sales basket and would like to finalise the sale now, you can view the exact processing time for your order in the checkout under your contact details.
- If you have an unprocessed order, you can view the current status and the estimated processing time at any time in the customer centre under ‘Meine Verkäufe’.
