The order can be cancelled at any time, provided you have not yet sent the item to us. If your parcel has already been sent or received by us, cancellation is no longer possible for logistical reasons.

You have three different options for cancelling your order:

  1. Do not send the item (see also §3.2 of the GTC)
  2. An email with the cancellation request and the order number to verkaufen@zoxs.de
  3. In the customer centre under "Meine Verkäufe"
