How does the return shipment work?

If you are not satisfied with our new offer, a return is of course possible. There is a shipping fee of €4.95 within Germany (for shipping outside of Germany, the fee is €19.95).

Once you have requested a return and we have received the payment (via bank transfer or PayPal), we will ship your items back to you.

Please include your name and order number with the payment so we can process the shipment as quickly as possible. You will, of course, receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.
